In the Summer of 2013 the GEAR UP students transitioning to Veterans Memorial High School were able to experience the campus before everyone else. They spent 10 days using the AYD Program to learn about their learning styles and methods to face those challenging tasks that they are faced with. At the end of the camp the students were able to visit Texas A&M University in Kingsville and had a great experience!!
