what's up Veterans Memorial High School Patriots this is your campus technologist mr. marlac and it's going to be a short Oriole on how to submit your technology inventory using a Google form for this year okay to get things started assistive MHS homepage which is the intestine and she has once you get there when selected item inventory this is going to take us to a Google form that I created and form you can enter the data for all of your technology items that are in your class that have Argentina barcode the only one that may or may not contain a barcode items like printers and Chromebooks but will still account for those as well or are located in a computer lab is this form for your primary computer your printer and someone but for the rest of the items in your lab there's going to be another form and I'll take care of that in another tutorial so to get started please read over all the information in the form carefully if you do not contain the items on the list you do not have to record them in the inventory for example if you don't have a protector you can skip that section and you don't have to include that on your atory if you do have those items make sure you include as much of the data as you can I know some of the barcodes and some of the model numbers and things have been scratched off of rubbed off but please include as much detail as you can again if you have an item that is obsolete a broken make sure you email myself for mr. Lopez iCampus ignition and we will do our best to get those items in classroom so here I'm out the front page of the front section of the inventory and so I'm going to go through a little bit of it so forcing him to campus is going to basically select campus and the next enter your name and department and I'll need everybody can front office people who ever has an item large computer whatever and you're going to sleep in your building and enter your room location be specific as you can please for the computer can start with computer most all teachers faculty staff have a primary computer so you're going to enter the model number into the mission cic barcode and the first time and I put little tips on where these are going to be if you can't find them  then some teachers I am some stuff and words contain a second computer I'll make sure you put that here as well  again if you're in a computer lab you do this for the statues for the student computers to enter that another inventory form  next movie going today to projector so this may be hard to get to to see if you need help please email the technology department or myself for myself as I will try to assist you as best as we can barcode serial model model and the barcode is awesome which is a camera cereal and barcode the TVs are awesome include because they are persons and then now the printers most of them are under a thousand so they're not bar-coded however we would do want to get a good estimate of how many prayers we do have our camp please go ahead and answer the printer make model and serial information as well if it's a purchase with your own funds please don't include prayers purchase with District laptop is the same thing if you bring a personal laptop that you purchased it doesn't need to be included here but if you have one that's been District shoed or just purchase India  okay section 11 for the software for the software if use a specialized software in your course please include it here if you do not such as Tyler Microsoft Office Chrome out the regular stuff that we use just don't include you want me to only a few that cake teachers and maybe some other content teachers boots in the next last section so anything that has additional items or even software you can add more than one item to I'll show you house self examples I say you have a Chromebook  Chromebook  and you know the model number it's model 10  and you the bar code is 1525 if you need to include second it'll create a new line then go ahead and keep hitting the device please use the format that is there and when you finish with all those pages go ahead and click submit hopefully this won't take you long time but we need to be sterile specific as possible and hopefully next year all we have to do is updated with new items redoing the internet again thanks
